Shooting in Yosemite has been a dream of mine for a while, and I am blown away. Blown away that this is my job, and blown away by all of the beautiful places that I get to travel to. Over the course of three days, we had a total of 9 hours of sleep, and oh was it worth it. We explored around Yosemite together the first morning scoping out spots, then towards golden hour, it was go time. We drove back to the hotel at 11PM and were mesmerized by all of the stars. Slept for 3 hours, drove right back to Yosemite and shot during sunrise.
Here’s one of my Instagram captions that I felt was necessary to add into this blog post: “When you are looking at your dreams right in front of you, don’t forget to soak it all in. My life has been so busy and time is passing by so fast, but I keep having these moments where it feels like time is standing still. This is one of those moments… I forgot everything else that was going on and was locked in the moment. I stopped taking photos for a minute after these (and they didn’t even notice that I stopped because they were so focused on each other). I took in the beauty and watched them exchange ‘I love you’s’. It was refreshing to see a couple so about each other even after 8 years of dating. Very pumped about their wedding.”
This is a long one, but a good one. <3
